A couple members of the team have had the chance to visit the amazing city of Lisbon this year and have both given rave reviews about their visits. One place that stood out was the LX Factory, made from former textile and printing factories and transformed into trendy design offices, art studios and hipster stores. This area has tones of restaurants, bars and shops. Full of life, art and culture, with walls covered in Graffiti artwork, we recommend you take a look if you’re ever visiting.
Here at Interiors by Sarah Ward we are of course Interiors Obsessed! We love seeing what’s new and swooning over glorious design. We all appreciate a gorgeous home, but hotels have to be on the watchlist too. A newly restored hotel, The Dixon based new Tower Bridge started its life as a magistrate’s court and has recently been completely renovated. The Dixon demonstrates a perfect mix of intriguing heritage with a contemporary style. Based on the history of life at SE1 and inspired by the stories of those who passed through there, this hotel highlights its Edwardian heritage with a rebellious twist.
