sarah ward Interiors

If you have got a bit of extra time on your hands and need to find a stress buster that doesn’t give you a hangover that’s different for your normal routine, why not give SUP Yoga a try? SUP yoga is not your ordinary yoga class and sees you getting out on the water where a paddleboard becomes your new yoga mat. This will give even the most experienced yoga lover a whole new challenge. London based classes can be found at Brentford lock on a weekly basis. With both physical and mental benefits, this is something your body will thank you for. https://www.active360.co.uk/sup-yoga-london.htm

The EY Exhibition: Van Gogh and Britain

The Tate’s EY Exhibitions tend to be a big deal, and this year is no exception! This year’s major exhibition collates 50 works by Vincent van Gogh to reveal how he was inspired by Britain and how he inspires other artists. Presenting some of his most famous works and boasting the largest collection of his paintings brought to Britain in nearly a decade, this gives an incredibly moving and eye-opening look into Van Gogh’s mind. Fantastic for inspiration. Open until 11th August.

Film - Time Out’s Movies on The River

It’s that time of year again! We’ve waited patiently to get our summer wardrobe back and unwind in our local beer garden. The sun is here, and the evenings are longer, perfect for a good movie night – only if it’s on the river of course. Time Out’s Movies on The River offers a wonderfully different cinematic experience with London’s’ only floating cinema. Enjoy a sunset cruise departing from Tower Pier and taking you through the heart of the city whilst you sit back, get comfortable and watch your favorite film. It’s a perfect summer's evening.

Manolo Blahnik Exhibition

This month The Wallace Collection is paying homage to footwear designer Manolo Blahnik by featuring his fascinating designs in amongst the decadent antiques. Manolo Blahnik's work has been cleverly dispersed throughout 10 rooms, with each space showcasing a specific theme. Sarah has been lucky to visit this incredible exhibition and loved how his works we cleverly paired with The Wallace Collection and how Manolo is head of his time with so many diverse styles on show.
